From The Earth is a locally operated cannabis retailer and delivery service focused on providing quality products and exceptional customer care. We’re currently seeking a dependable and motivated Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant to join our Santa Ana team.


Position Overview

The Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant supports both inventory operations and retail floor activities to ensure smooth, efficient store performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy, assisting with fulfillment, and supporting customer-facing operations as needed.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate mid and end-of-day inventory checks

  • Maintain accuracy and store flow throughout the shift

  • Assist with inventory intake, labeling, and organization

  • Help maintain accurate counts and support daily cycle counts

  • Pack orders for pickup and delivery (two-sets-of-eyes verification)

  • Assist dispatch with accepting orders, packing, answering phones, and routing as needed

  • Provide budtending support and break coverage for the floor team

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment


Requirements

  • Reliable and punctual

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Budtending experience required

  • Customer service experience required

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
